Q: QuestionI have the TV hard wired for ethernet. Confirmed router is working via TV and mobile phone connecting to it wireless. I have connected TV wired and wireless. When I hit netflix it asks to update then fails to do that. Any other ideas?

• A:Answer Do a Scan for channels and it will temporarily forget ALL channels AND inputs that do not have a picture. **Before you do your scan for channels make sure you are scanning ALL possibilities, Cable, Antenna, and anything else. (I had 4) **Also make sure any input you are using has its (whatever) hooked up and turned on (has a pic) so it gets picked up by the scan. You should be all good.
