- Answer Go online to the LG website. Entet the model number, and you can print out a manual. If you contact LG directly, they may offer you one, but you might have to pay for it.

QuestionOur LG TV screen shows in color, but when we hook up our XBox or DVD player it's only in black and white? I have the cables in the exact spots as before when it showed in color, and I even tried different cables and placements, but still black and white?

- Answer There is a fairly new app in the TV for Xfinity, if you are a Comcast subscriber. If you use the app, you don't need a cable box, as it's considered online streaming, no different than if you were streaming from your laptop or phone. You would then be able to save on the rental of a cable box for that TV.

- Answer It depends on the older sound system, these newer TVs may not be compatible with your sound system. Check the manual for your tv to see, Otherwise you might damage it, I wouldn’t chance it if I were you but it’s your tv

QuestionCan I play MP3 and MP4 files from a flash drive in the USB port? I bought a different TV which cited USB as an input but it won't play MP3 or MP4, only displays JPEG from that source. I want to be sure this will play video from the USB.

- Answer The TV can be connected to both Amazon Alexa and Google home but you have to have a either a Google home speaker and/or Amazon Alexa speaker to control aspects of the TV like volume, input selection, and powering off the TV.
