• It does not attach to the TV, it comes with a couple basic wall brackets or it will need a shelf or mantel to sit on.

• There are generic sounder brackets you can get cheap and mount it under the wall mounted TV. These brackets attach to your wall mount bracket for TV. I have my 55" TV in bedroom this way.
