“I just purchased this soundbar and am happy with the sound so far. But is the display supposed to stay lit continuously? I thought it would dim after changing any of the settings”

If there is no active input for 15 seconds, the status display should automatically dim. When you press the button, the status display will light up again. Please reach out to our support team via private message on Facebook @LGUSSupport and use #VOC in your first message to our social media support team or call at 800-243-0000 to verify. Also, be sure to provide your contact information, model/serial numbers and date of purchase. ^Daphane
