Does this TV produce alot of heat? null

No.. it does however, have a beautiful picture and great sound! I did a lot of research- excellent buy. Very pleased.

In my case I have both in one room on at the same time and no heat issues. It really depends on the room and ventilation system in the the room. The amount of heat is going to be the same emitted by the TV but the rate of Disipation is going to depend on the flow of air in the area.
