“I am a neophyte to the TV area. My first question is how do I determine the WIDTH of a TV. The dimensions are listed for diagonal measure and not WIDTH. I have a cabinet which is 48" wide. Many TV's don't have specs on the BB site.”

• It should fit, my tv is 44.5 by 26 but if you want the feet it is a bit bigger
