“We had had tremendous trouble keeping this hooked up to WiFi. It is in the same place as our old tv, which we also had on WiFi and streamed. We have done all the update, everything troubleshooting says to do. I still have 6 months warranty on this tv.”

Same. It seems to work great when the firestick is connected. Which is weird because there’s WiFi to use that. But the actual tv on WiFi is inconsistent
