“We had had tremendous trouble keeping this hooked up to WiFi. It is in the same place as our old tv, which we also had on WiFi and streamed. We have done all the update, everything troubleshooting says to do. I still have 6 months warranty on this tv.”

If you have not done so yet, try performing a full power cycle by unplugging both the TV and router for 60 seconds. Other effective fixes include clearing the network cache by "forgetting" the network, setting a static IP, disabling IPv6, and reducing nearby Bluetooth interference. You may have to contact our Customer Support on social media (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) to make arrangements for a service repair and have a technician check for a faulty internal Wi-Fi module...^Ivan.
