I have two, g2 and g3 and both are paired with Sonos arc and beam and they sound amazing way better than the tv speakers

You should just watch Youtube videos and the more channels you watch you will see that the G3 is brighter than the G2. As for picture quality that only be determined by you from watching the videos. Here's another problem Youtube and cameras. They can't fully replicate what what the YouTuber is showing. The big difference is the G3 having MLA which makes the picture brighter and the new processor over the G2 is getting a better picture. However no one can tell you what defines a better quality picture. You have dark scenes and light scenes there are a lot a variables because there are instances where the G2 comes close with matching a picture frame. Your going to really have to answer this yourself from watching videos. This is going to be time consuming and boring to watch. WOW Orchestra LG says it works with an LG sound bar. Call Robert at Value Electronics and maybe he take a different brand sound bar and test it out to anwer your audio question. However a tech writer and I forgot which one wrote a review said he connected a sound bar to the G3 and got delay he couldn't correct or something like that. Your going to have to Google that review as well. What I have read the quality of the G3 speakers aren't that great but on TV speakers really are.
