  • QuestionThis tv have 120 FPS, HDMI 2.1, 120hz, hdr, and how can you tell cause I find some of the specs at the specs area but the 120fps I didn’t see it. How I can be sure ? Before I pay for the tv.

    Asked by Eli.

    • Answer You can review the support page at lg.com and review the User's guide for information on 120 Hz and the HDR effects. LG does not publish information related to version of HDMI ports on newer TVs because it is a fluid situation. You can confirm on other sites, however such as https://www.displayspecifications.com/en/model/bf771f04. If you have questions or further concerns, please reach out to our support team on Twitter via @LGUSSupport or on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/LGUSA/. ^Daphane

  • QuestionHow do I get Channels 2,4,5,7,9,ETC onLg Nano cell Al Thin Q

    Asked by Beto.

    • Answer Depending on whether you are connected to an antenna or to a cable set-top box, getting channels 2,4,5,7,9, etc on the LG NanoCell 90 Series 2020 55 inch Class 4K Smart UHD NanoCell TV w/ AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # 55NANO90UNA is the same as with any other TV. Just press the number key on the LG Magic remote for the channel you want and the TV will switch to the appropriate channel. Some antenna may display the channel numbers as RF channels and if your cable set-top box is set to switch to a digital channel when you enter a number for an anolog channel, it will automatically switch you to the digital designation of that channel. For example, on Vewrizon Fios, when you press "2", the digital channel is "502"...^IFV
