“How would I go about replacing the glass cooktop? a heavy pan fell from a cupboard and hit the glass cooktop in such a way the it shattered in one section. Can this part be ordered? who should I contact about getting this fixed?”

• You have to contact a certified LG repair person, and order it in. It costs between $400-$500.

• Never replaced one. The warranty would likely not cover the top after that crack. I would recommend call LG.

• I'm pretty sure you can order just the cooktop glass. I'd contact LG for a replacement.
