• Yes, it has standard bake and convection bake. It also automatically makes the temperature adjustment for convection baking.

• This oven has no heating element on the bottom. It distributes the heat from the top mounted heating element with a fan. It is very hard to bake anything without drying the outside and under-cooking the inside. Good Luck. Thank you!
