“where is the on off button for the surround sound?”

• Download your sound bars manual from the LG website and it’ll tell you the button combination to use on the remote to enable surround sound.

• No physical on off, but it can be adjusted in the LG App you can turn them all the way down to -6 but not completely off... instead try different settings like Music I think that completely turned them off, ASC seems best setting for movies...
