While you can typically change the country within your TV's settings, for example, North American region, moving a US-sold TV to another continent may restrict app access to US-only services, and a foreign TV brought to the US may have limited functionality. The TV's built-in ATSC tuner and QAM tuner are incompatible with the terrestrial (over-the-air) digital television broadcasting systems, and cable service used outside the US. The ATSC tuner is the standard for terrestrial (over-the-air) digital television broadcasting in the US, and the QAM (Quadrature Amplitude Modulation) tuner is used for cable television systems in the US.
