All four of the HDMI ports on the LG 83" Class C5 Series OLED evo AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025), Model # OLED83C5PUA, are HDMI 2.1 ports and they all support 4K @ 120Hz, VRR, ALLM, and QMS. HDMI 3 on the TV is an HDMI eARC port. Game mode can be activated for any of the HDMI ports on the TV. The best picture mode for gaming on the TV is to switch to the ‘Game Optimizer’ Picture Mode for low latency, and for HDR gaming, you should set HDMI Deep Color to ‘4k’ for the port you are using; otherwise, you might have some issues. If Instant Game Response is enabled, the TV should do this automatically...^Ivan.
