The unit can be mounted on the ceiling. Contact the Customer Support Center for installation. Tighten the product by using the mounting equipment and M4 x 8 mm screws that are approved by a professional technician. The recommended torque is 5-8 kgf.cm (4.34-6.94 lbf-in)) .Premium content providers Disney+, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon, LG Channels, Fandango Now and Spotify Music. Some apps may be available via software update, which requires internet connection. ^Daphane

Yes, Yes and Yes. Plus many more.. You need to make sure your Amp has ARC, otherwise you need to bring the audio back to the amp Optically, OR using HDMI ARC.
