The owner's manual for the LG Full HD LED Smart Home Theater CineBeam Projector with Built-In Battery, Model # PF50KA states that charging time for the built-in battery is about 3 hours (When in standby and charging). The manual doesn't specify what type of battery it uses, but some rechargeable batteries will not charge fully due to not properly charging them to begin with. When a rechargeable battery is charged for the first time, it needs to be left on the charger until fully charged. Removing it before it is charged could result in your battery never reaching its full charge level. It could also be the battery itself...^IFV
