if such a device even exists it would work about as good as those $29 fans for your car engine they sell as superchargers. In other words make it worse. Theres a limit to image size and it has to do with brightness and clarity as well as distance. Such a lens, being less than 100% efficient with light transmission, even if high quality, would be counterproductive.
