Q: QuestionI am totally confused. We just purchased a new LG washer, WM8900HBA. The washer is listed as Black Steel, yet the pedestal is listed as Stainless Black Steel. Are these the same and if not how to find the 29" pedestal that is in Black Steel.

Q: QuestionI just bought two of these and I was getting ready to put my washer and dryer on them. And looked at sticker and I couldn't find the screws or the t-clip retainers in either box. Do they come separately?

• A:Answer there are 2 small screws to the front f the track. Very easy to remove (2 each side) and slide out. After cleaning, just slide back in on the track and replace the screws. 2 minute job, good design.

Q: QuestionWhat is the best solution for eliminating vibration problems with the washer?Our washer is on the 2nd floor of our house above our kitchen and we are concerned about the heavy vibration on the floor/ceiling. Does the pedestal reduce most of the vibration problems of the washer or is there a better solution to eliminating the heavy vibration of the washer? Thanks.

• A:Answer Thank you for your inquiry. You didn't mention on which product the drawer that you're having problems with is on! The product being referenced here is the LG Washer/Dryer Laundry Pedestal with a Storage Drawer, Model # WDP5V, but in this case, it really doesn't matter since almost every drawer in your house, be it in your kitchen or in your bedroom or garage opens in the same way! Pull the drawer out until it stops, lift the front up, and pull it out all the way!...IFV

• A:Answer remove the drawer from the track using the 2 screws on each side and of the track near the front. Then pull out the drawer and front. That should give you a clear view of the obstruction.
