Yes. It will automatically swap to an active source if the current source is inactive. It will also prompt you to switch if a new source is added, but you still need to select it manually. I use this monitor for my PC and for console gaming, and as long as my computer is off, it will automatically swap to my console when I turn it on and vice versa.
