Hello there, Billbo. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your inquiry regarding the 4K resolution settings on your LG UltraGear™ OLED Monitor, Model # 32GX850A-B. To ensure the 3840 x 2160 resolution option is available, please verify that you are using the provided HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort 1.4 cable directly connected to your graphics card, as older cables may not support the full bandwidth required. https://www.bestbuy.com/product/lg-ultragear-32-oled-dual-mode-4k-uhd-165hz-fhd-330hz-0-03ms-g-sync-freesync-premium-pro-gaming-monitor-with-black/JJ8VPZK9GT If you need further assistance with your display settings, please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport, and our team will be more than happy to assist you. —Renzo
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You aren't using the right cable and/or the right port on the back of your computer. Also a 5070 base model is really not gonna run 4K all that well. Upgrade PC before getting new monitor.
