• Best by is where I got my physical copy from and for 40 bucks the dlc was on sale so 75 bucks altogether

• The deluxe/ultimate edition isn't physical, but you can buy the base game and then through the PlayStation or Xbox store you can order the dlc that make up the deluxe/ultimate editions.

• I think we can buy the deluxe/ultimate dlc separately on the store once we download the game. I hope so at least.
