“I have Fios. Can I connect the switch before the router where all my home Ethernet cable connections are for hardline internet and then run an Ethernet cable from the switch to my modem in a different location for WiFi?”

• Not familiar with Fios. I ran an ethernet cable from my Xfinity Modem directly to the unit.

• Hi! Your wireless router should be directly connected to the cable modem. Internet connection sharing among devices is only possible with routers or modems equipped with DHCP capabilities.
