• A:Answer I believe you can transfer your present number to the Jitterbug...not sure you can transfer from Samsung to Jitterbug, but a cell phone expert might be able to transfer data with the right equipment

• A:Answer Before you cancel your former service provider, you need to contact them for what is called a transfer pin number. Then you give this number to jitterbug, and they will transfer the number. I have done this from both Verizon and AT&T providers.
