• I would think it would. I installed it on an old computer I built myself many years ago with an AMD 64 X2 3800+ processor, 1gig ram and that is still running Windows XP

• Yes, I don't see any problem. Just look for the right drivers. If there is no option for a driver for Vista, install the driver for Windows 7 and it will work with Vista.
