• I don't know about using it with a smart TV but most definitely it can be used for Zoom calls as I use it to teach.

• The C922 webcam can be used with a PC connected to your TV, as the monitor. You will need a PC to use the Zoom software, and operate the webcam. You can clip the webcam to the top of your monitor / TV, or put it on a tri-pod wherever you want.
