• The G332 comes with a detachable Y-splitter for the headset and microphone. So yes, it does have the option for dual jacks, but without the splitter attached, it's a single 3.5mm jack.

• Yes, the product comes with dual jacks in the box. I use the dual jacks with my PC in the front ports.
