“I picked these up three days ago. When plugged in through audio jack, I can't hear voices on Discord. With USB, I can hear voice, but sound only works for right ear. Is there a fix?”

• I use them primarily for discord. They work great for me. If you're on a PC, I would recomend download Logitech G Hub and troubleshoot there.

• Hello Robbie. When plugging the 3.5mm plug into the USB dongle, make sure it is plugged all the way in. It is a TRRS plug and needs all of the rings to be making contact for both ears to work.
