Yes it is compatible with Xbox and PC.

I have attached a link to the "Getting Started" support page, for your reference. A list of compatible games is listed under the FAQ tab and also on the Logitech.com product page. Some titles may require manual configuration of the wheel upon first use. Software downloads, product guides and further support are available on the Logitech support page.
