Nope. This headset I bought it and tried with my Samsung TV with a USB port. The voice does not come on my wireless head set. I have tested all possible options on my TV.. Nothing works..!

If the TV has a USB port and can connect to a wireless headset via a small USB chip then, yes this would be perfect. Now if you can connect via only bluetooth, there is a Logitech headset that can connect that way. I believe it's the G930 but I could be wrong on that.
