“Why does it seem like the cord to plug in is so tight,,like its a tight squeeze like its going to break ypu literally have to pull itand the orange charging light flashes for a minute then disappears..And after leaving charged all night it flashes green”

Hello Light! The charging cable of the H600 Wireless Headset should hook up firmly to the headset's micro USB port, so that it doesn't come loose when charging. As for the flashing green light, that indicates the headset is having troubles establishing a connection to its receiver, which could be due to the receiver being too far out or blocked by something in the way (i.e. if you're connecting the headset receiver to a desktop computer, try connecting the receiver to a front USB port instead of a back one).
