Does this headset work with Skype for Business? null

Yes. Skype can use wireless and wired headsets as the use is based on what the computer knows it has for microphone, speaker, etc.

I bought mine for that reason but they did not work very well and I only had 5 weeks when I had to stop using them all together if I wanted clear calls on the other end.

Yes! I do it all the time. Google Hangouts as well. Volume is a little lacking but I have no other complaints.
