Yes as long as your TV has a USB PORT

I can only assume that it will work with a smart TV if it has a USB port for user interface devices. The keyboard comes with it's own dongle for communication to the keyboard. I know for a fact that it works with laptop, desktop and all-in-one computers in Linux and Windows environments. Didn't try it with Mac OSx but it would probably work with adjusted key mapping.
