Since both the M325 Mouse and the K3690 Full-size Wireless Scissor Keyboard are using a Unifying Receiver to connect to your PC, yes, you will be able to connect both of them onto a single Unifying Receiver. To do so, make sure you download the Unifying Software https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025297913-Logitech-Unifying-Software, install it, and follow the instructions to pair your Keyboard to the Mouse Unifying Receiver (or vice versa).
