• Yes, although Windows is really bad for bluetooth. When you use a Mac with bluetooth keyboard, you barely notice, but on Windows, bluetooth is prone to crashing, you loose connectivity, there might be lag to connect shortly after boot, etc. The keyboard is amazing, but mind the limitations of the platform you use it with.

• It does for Windows 10, I don't have 8.1 anymore, but it should. I'm using it on windows 7 as I type this.
