Yes, the keys are very loud when typing. People can hear me typing when I'm on phone calls. It's very distracting.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They're not as clacky as a regular mechanical keyboard, but the keys themselves are a little stiff, so there is a distinct noise when typing on it. Louder than laptop keys, I wouldn't type with it in a library. I'd say that this isn't the one to use if being quiet or silent is a goal.
