It should work fine it comes with a USB connector so it picks up the signal right away. You don't have to buy anything else to help with compatibility.

The mouse users a low profile USB wireless adapter. As long as you have an empty USB port on your all in one, this will work.
If your keyboard is the one that came with the computer, it is likely using a USB adapter as well. In order to free up one of those USB ports, you would have to use a Logitech keyboard with Unifying technology.

My daughter uses this mouse with her HP laptop and works great. I have used it with a Dell computer and works just as great. We haven't had to buy any additional items to make it work.
