Per Logitech's support team member, Valiant, the battery is not replaceable, even though it come with an illustration showing how to remove the battery for proper disposal (it has the typical micro-plug connection). Valiant said the battery will last for the lifetime of the mouse. Question though, IF the battery was to die, won't that be the end of life for the mouse??
