The Logitech MX Anywhere 2S has 7 programmable buttons which can be customized with the Logitech Options software. Yes, the mouse has a hyper-fast scrolling wheel which you can also click to shift to the ratchet mode.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe rightclick, the button beneath the scrollwheel(the scroll wheel itself is not a button, when clicked it changes from ratchet scroll to freespin), and the back and forward browse buttons can be mapped, on a per app basis as well. It also has a creative feature called gesture mapping. Either by assigning a mouse button to be held to trigger gesture mode, or by using the Fn key on an MX keyboard on the same system moving the mouse up/down/left/right each can trigger an action you specify. I thought it was cool I've never heard of a company allowing that form of mapping before.
