The Logitech MX Vertical mouse uses a Unifying USB receiver. While you can connect multiple Unifying-compatible devices to a single Unifying receiver. Just make sure the other devices explicitly state they are compatible with Logitech Unifying. However, if you have other Logitech devices that aren't Unifying compatible (like those that use the newer Bolt receiver), they will require their own separate dongles.
