“I've seen mixed answers on this question, but does anyone know if you can put it under a glass mousepad & still get the charge? I saw someone that mounted it under their desk & it still charged through the 1" wood desk. Let me know if you've tried this.”

Wireless charging can work through thin, non-metal surfaces. A glass mousepad may allow charging if it’s not too thick, but performance can vary. Charging through a 1" wood desk works because the material doesn’t block the signal, but glass thickness and composition matter.
