Just a thought but if your TV is Bluetooth compatible you could get the Bluetooth adapter and connect the speakers that way. If done that way then the source should be able to control the volume. You would also be able to connect your phone to the speakers. I did not buy the Logitech Bluetooth adapter. The one I did get works just fine with the speakers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The unit is designed to work with the RCA port on your TV...I use mine with my remote. Go to your settings on your TV to see if your TV speakers are turned on & if so try disabling them. I hope this solves your problem.
