• Yes you can configure them down to 720p but not sure why 4K is crystal clear I can see the birds poop on my truck’s windshield with these bad boys.

• Yes, but I believe they have a 1080 p version of this product that is cheaper. If you don't need the 4k these probably aren't the best choice for you because that feature is mainly the reason for the high price tag
