• Yes, for the fact that I will have future storage for projects. It’s just me but I have a fear of not having enough space. There are small SSD storage devices, but sometimes I forget them.

• There is no difference other than storage. That said, if you're doing video or photo editing, the extra storage is very worthwhile.
