• You can't from Best Buy. If you want more than 16 GB of memory with the 14 in model, you'll need to configure it on Apple's website

• You have to purchase it then go to Apple store to get more memory added

• Apple is famouse for making products that won’t let you upgrade or fix the parts yourself, the ram on this machine is unfortunately soldered on hence you cannot upgrade, I wanted to do the same, i belive the only upgradable versions of Apple Machines are the desktop tower ones idk what there called exactly but they are grey towers like pc build.
