I had the same issue, so I chose curbside pickup to make sure I got the steel book. You could call them to see if it will be delivered with your order.

As far as I know, the steelbook was only a gift for pre-ordering the game. Since it came out last Friday, it's probably no longer an option.

Did you pre-order the game or buy it after launch? I'm pretty sure you can only get it if you pre-ordered. The easiest way to find out and get things sorted is by just chatting with customer service.
