“My work clothes come home very soiled, and the auto-sensing feature just isn't enough water to clean them. When I select deep water wash, the water levels are the same as the auto-sensing feature. What am I doing wrong?”

Hello Dom. The Deep Water Wash will automatically add more water to any cycle at any time during the wash cycle. You will not see a tub full of water like your previous Washer. If you need further assistance, please contact Maytag at 800-344-1274. We are available Monday & Tuesday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Wednesday through Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. They will be better able to assist you.
