“My husband and I bought this washer and we are VERY dissatisfied. Why will it not fill with water? We can just wash socks and washcloths and other SMALL items. We have a new washing machine and still we have to go to laundromat to wash clothes.”

Hi, this Washer is a high efficient unit, therefore, it will use less water than a traditional Washer. If you would like it to use more water, you can select the deep water wash option on the right hand side. We do hope this is helpful.
