“Yesterday it only drained half the water from the tub and refused to go to rinse mode. After canceling the cycle and letting it run the drain for upwards of 10 minutes, it finally went to rinse and spin. Any ideas what is wrong here?”

Hello Amanda! I am so sorry to hear about the concerns you have with your Washer. We recommend to reset power to the unit by disconnecting it at the breaker for 1 full minute.
