“I just bought my Maytag washer and noticed my clothes were not getting clean. My husband fixed it so we could watch the wash cycle with the top open and noticed the agitator not turning the actual bowl was doin the turning...is this normal for this washer”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.New machine same problem. When the Maytag technician arrived he said that the actuator disconnected. Had to order a new actuator.
