“Why when i set the water to deep water wash the water level doesnt fill up the machine? It about 1/4 ways full and the clothes are not fully wet for wash! Even with the sensor water control the water does not even fill half way based on the amount of clot”

Yes mine does same thing. I actually lift up lid and close like 6 times because each time a little more water goes in. I’m not loving this washer I wish I would have noticed cycle dials better. But I think maybe I need to get use to because it’s different.
